Issue #12 - February 2010
The BE, DO, and HAVE Formula for Success, Health and Happiness
You must BE before you can DO before you can have Success, Health, and Happiness…SHH.
To BE successful you must FEEL successful. When you FEEL successful, you will ACT successful and will, therefore, attract successful things to DO. Then when you DO these successful things you attract, you will automatically HAVE the end result – SUCCESS.
To BE healthy you must FEEL healthy. When you FEEL healthy you will ACT healthy and will, therefore, attract healthful things to DO. Then when you DO these healthful things you attract, you will automatically HAVE the end result – HEALTH.
To BE happy you must FEEL happy. When you FEEL happy you will ACT healthy and will, therefore, attract happy things to DO. Then when you DO these happy things you attract, you will automatically HAVE the end result – HAPPINESS.
But before you can start this three-step formula, you must decide you want SHH. This is no easy decision even though everyone thinks he wants these things naturally. While the unconscious mind or Innate in the body will struggle with all its miraculous and ingenious powers to the very last for the survival of the SHH of its home in that body, the conscious mind too often dictates failure, disease, and grief to the Innate so much and for so long that it overwhelms the unconscious and Innate finally gives up.
So the very first step to take is to align the conscious mind with the inborn unconscious mind, which is the power of survival (SHH). To do this, convince the conscious mind that you have made the decision to be Successful, Healthy, and Happy. Once these goals are mocked up, you are on your way to BE-ing Successful, Healthy, and Happy. Your BE-ing Successful, Healthy, and Happy, in turn, will inspire you onward to the action step of DO-ing. Then HAV-ing comes almost automatically. Thus you have reached your destination – SHH.
On the next page is a list of SHH DECISIONS, ACTIONS, AND GOALS for you to mock up during the next 12 months. Complete all 13 (a Baker’s Dozen) of these. Then read them aloud (so you can hear yourself say them) three times a day – morning, noon, and night – for the next 33 days; then twice daily – morning and night, for the next 22 days; and then once a day – in the morning – for 11 more days. This makes a total of 66 days or 1,584 hours over 95,000 minutes of time. This is ample time, say researchers, to convince or condition your Innate, which has striven for complete SHH for you since birth.
Then turn to the following page and fill in your goals for the next week on the first page of weekly goal sheets. At the close of each day, fill in your accomplishments. You’ll be amazed at what regular Goal Striving will do for you. Begin NOW!
